The IFBB Advanced Coaching Course: High-Intensity Training has been designed for personal trainers, coaches, fitness professionals, athletes, and sports enthusiasts who wish to develop advanced knowledge in strength training, exercise physiology, biomechanics, programming, and high-intensity training methodologies.
This comprehensive course provides an in-depth understanding of the scientific and practical principles behind strength development and physical performance. The program covers functional anatomy, biomechanics, muscle physiology, energy systems, neuromuscular adaptations, muscle hypertrophy, fatigue and recovery, strength assessment, training variables, exercise selection, programming, and periodization.
