Complete 1 mandatory courses and 1 elective courses as follows:
- Personal Trainer Course (mandatory)
- Advanced Bodybuilding Specialist and Fitness Trainer
- Advanced Nutrition Course (optional)
- Advanced Resistance Training Course (optional)
- Fitness Challenge Coach (optional)
- Specialist in Abdominal Training Prescription (optional)
IFBB College Graduate Certificate. (The delivery of the diploma will have a cost of 100€ + shipping fees.)

Master’s Degree
Master’s Degree complete 2 mandatory courses and 1 elective courses as follows:
- Master in Bodybuilding and Fitness Methods (mandatory)
- Advanced Nutrition Course (mandatory)

- IFBB International Competition Coach Course (optional)
- Fitness Challenge Coach (optional)

Doctoral Degree
Doctoral Degree complete 3 mandatory courses and 2 elective courses as follows:

- IFBB International Competition Coach Course(optional)
- HIIT, circuit, functional, Cross training and hybrid training methods (optional)
