Corta por la mitad el calabac\u00edn y vac\u00eda toda la pulpa interior. Gu\u00e1rdala en un recipiente aparte. Coloca los calabacines huecos en una fuente para hornear.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparar la carne con la pulpa del calabac\u00edn. Corta una cebolla en trozos y m\u00e9zclala con la pulpa del calabac\u00edn y con la carne picada, ayud\u00e1ndote con un tenedor de madera. Cuando la mezcla est\u00e9 homog\u00e9nea, coc\u00ednala al fuego sobre una sart\u00e9n antiadherente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparar el relleno. En un bol, mezcla la carne, la cebolla y la pulpa del calabac\u00edn con el reques\u00f3n desgrasado y con la sal y la pimienta. Remueve todo con la ayuda del tenedor de madera.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Rellena los calabacines y horn\u00e9alos.
