Por tanto, este compuesto tiene la capacidad de reducir fatiga y mejorar el rendimiento deportivo.<\/p>\n<p>La carnosidad act\u00faa como un tamp\u00f3n del pH fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;text-transform:none;--fontSize:24;line-height:1.4;\">La suplementaci\u00f3n con Beta Alanina<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><p>La suplementaci\u00f3n con beta-alanina parece ser mucho m\u00e1s efectiva para aumentar la concentraci\u00f3n de carnosina en el m\u00fasculo que la suplementaci\u00f3n directa con carnosina.<\/p>\n<p>La beta alanina aparece en alimentos de origen animal, en especial en carnes rojas y blancas, huevos, l\u00e1cteos y pescado. Las dietas vegetarianas y veganas pueden crear d\u00e9ficit de este amino\u00e1cido por lo que se recomienda la suplementaci\u00f3n con beta alanina en este tipo de dietas<\/p>\n<p>Los suplementos de beta alanina incrementan los niveles de carnosina en el m\u00fasculo hasta en un 60% en 4 semanas y cerca de un 80% en 8 semanas, esto se traduce en mayor resistencia a la fatiga y mejora del rendimiento especialmente en ejercicios de alta intensidad.<\/p>\n<p>La beta alanina aten\u00faa la fatiga neuromuscular especialmente en personas mayores por lo que est\u00e1 considerado como una ayuda en la terapia anti envejecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>La suplementaci\u00f3n con beta alanina resulta adecuada en deportistas de fuerza y potencia, velocistas, en el desarrollo de masa muscular, deportistas de resistencia, deportes de equipo e incluso en personas no entrenadas que se inician en actividades deportivas. Tambi\u00e9n puede favorecer las adaptaciones producidas por el entrenamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Los efectos de este amino\u00e1cido se han estudiado mediante su administraci\u00f3n a atletas en dosis m\u00faltiples, de 400 mg a 800 mg, en intervalos regulares de hasta ocho horas, durante periodos de cuatro a diez semanas.
