Muy t\u00edpico de la regi\u00f3n de pa\u00edses como India, Pakist\u00e1n, Armenia, Kirguist\u00e1n o Uzbekist\u00e1n; en el tandur se pueden alcanzar los 480 \u00b0C y cocinar todo tipo de alimentos en su propio jugo, sin necesidad de a\u00f1adir aceites o grasas. Para los amantes del Fitness, puede ser una buena idea contar con uno de ellos, como complemento o sustituto de una barbacoa.<\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplo, hemos elegido uno de los platos m\u00e1s sencillos y favoritos de los atletas que, cocinado de esta manera, presenta un sorprendente sabor: las brochetas de pollo con verdura y patata. Deja que se formen las brasas y que las paredes internas del tandur se vuelvan color blanco. En ese momento, puedes colocar las brochetas en su lugar destinado para ello.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Tapa el ventanuco inferior del tandur, coloca las brochetas y cierra el horno con la tapa superior de piedra.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Aguarda unos 15 minutos, en funci\u00f3n de la temperatura que haya alcanzado tu tandur y.. \u00a1listo!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div
