Despu\u00e9s, trocea el salm\u00f3n en peque\u00f1as piezas, pero sin llegar a picarlo. Debe estar troceado en peque\u00f1as piezas que sean agradables al paladar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Debemos trabajar esta receta de manera que tengamos un bol dentro de otro bol m\u00e1s grande, con agua y hielo, para mantener toda la receta lo m\u00e1s fr\u00eda posible mientras la cocinamos. Conforme vayamos picando el salm\u00f3n, lo vamos introduciendo en este segundo recipiente y, a continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos todos los ingredientes que hemos descrito arriba.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Remueve con cuidado toda la mezcla y a\u00f1ade con cuidado la sal para no pasarte de salado. Inmediatamente, a\u00f1ade la lima y el jengibre para dar ese toque \u201c rock\u2019n\u2019roll\u201d especial que nos permitir\u00e1 descubrir un mundo de sabores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepara un guacamole \u201clight\u201d con poca cebolla, algo de tomate rallado, aceite de oliva y un poco de zumo de lima. S\u00edrvelo en tiras, acompa\u00f1ando al tartar de salm\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Presenta el plato con algas Wacame que habr\u00e1s mantenido en remojo desde el d\u00eda anterior. Las algas van geniales como complemento, tienen muy pocas calor\u00edas y aportan valiosos minerales como el Yodo. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column
