Basta con echar una visual por las redes sociales para saber que esta saludable receta hawaiana se ha convertido en protagonista durante 2019 y lo seguir\u00e1 siendo durante 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la f\u00f3rmula secreta para que todo el mundo hable de este plato y lo consuma? Con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Alejandro C\u00e1novas -nutricionista del Resort Royal Hideway Sanct Petri, donde es uno de sus platos destacados-, te cuento las claves de esta receta sabrosa, saciante y muy completa a nivel nutricional.<\/p>\n<p>El Poke Bowl consiste en una combinaci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna -pescado crudo marinado, pollo o tofu- y carbohidrato saludable -arroz, quinoa, lechuga, kale o espinacas-; completada con otros toppings vegetales que van desde las algas hasta alimentos como el aguacate, el mango, la pi\u00f1a y las semillas. Todo ello, ali\u00f1ado con soja y aceite de s\u00e9samo. Si quieres hacer un Poke Bowl saludable y perfecto para un atleta de Fitness, estas son las claves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Pon atenci\u00f3n a la base de carbohidratos:<\/strong> Debemos elegir entre una base de arroz tipo sushi, arroz integral, quinoa y una mezcla vegetal de lechuga, kale y espinacas. La opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s ligera y baja en calor\u00edas es una base vegetal dominante pero, si no queremos renunciar al arroz, podemos optar por arroz salvaje o integral porque tienen m\u00e1s fibra, o por la quinoa, ya que nos mantendr\u00e1n saciados durante m\u00e1s tiempo\u201d. A esta base, siempre pudes a\u00f1adir un topping de pepino, tomate cherry, zanahoria o incluso pi\u00f1a y mango, para dar un sabor m\u00e1s dulce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Elije la salsa menos cal\u00f3rica y m\u00e1s sabrosa:<\/strong> Puedes arruinar tu Poke bowl si pones una salsa preparada con alto contenido en az\u00facar, sal y grasa. Por eso, la mejor opci\u00f3n es optar por un ali\u00f1o simple a base de aceite de s\u00e9samo y soja, donde siempre puedes a\u00f1adir unas gotas de zumo de lim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Busca los ingredientes perfectos:<\/strong> Si a la base de carbohidratos y prote\u00ednas, le sumamos toppings hipercal\u00f3ricos como la cebolla frita, las tempuras y salsas como mayonesa, alioli la teriyaki; tendremos un plato que lejos de ser sano, engorda. Debemos optar siempre por alimentos frescos y crudos, como el tomate, el pepino, cebolla, zanahoria, algas, trozos de fruta o semillas como las de c\u00e1\u00f1amo, ricas en Omega3.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Todo en su justa medida:<\/strong> Para que la composici\u00f3n de la receta sea perfecta para un atleta de Fitness, tiene que contener un 50% de vegetales, un 25% de prote\u00edna y un 25% de hidratos de carbono de calidad. Por eso, a nuestra base es importante a\u00f1adir una buena raci\u00f3n de at\u00fan o salm\u00f3n -ricos en grasas Omega 3- y toppings llenos de minerales como el Yodo que puedes encontrar en las algas (nori, wakame, edamame, etc\u2026).<br \/>Resulta la cuesti\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n, es importante que, a la hora de preparar este plato, elijas un tama\u00f1o moderado y cantidades proporcionadas. Cada vez que terminemos de comer, no debemos tener la sensaci\u00f3n de estar llen\u00edsimos, sino la sensaci\u00f3n de estar saciados conscientes de que podr\u00edamos comer un poco m\u00e1s. \u00a1Las calor\u00edas, cuentan!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>La bebida con la que acompa\u00f1arlo:<\/strong> Un Poke Bowl para atletas de Fitness, no encaja con una cerveza. Hay que ser conscientes de que el alcohol son calor\u00edas vac\u00edas y ayudan a un aumento de nuestros dep\u00f3sitos de grasa.
