No solo nos ayudan a no aburrirnos de los alimentos, si no que pueden aportarnos peque\u00f1as cantidades de nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, hay en el mercado varias salsas comerciales que nos ayudan a coronar un plato aburrido como se merece, sin aportar muchas calor\u00edas o un exceso de sodio o grasas industriales. Lo ideal siempre es que t\u00fa elaboras tus propios aderezos, a base de yogures sin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos o sin lactosa, cuando quieras dar un toque de cremosidad a platos como las ensaladas e incluso la pasta.
