cebolla)<\/li>\n<li>Raiz de jengibre, al gusto<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tomate de rama, maduro.<\/li>\n<li>1 aguacate grande<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de mostaza Dij\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>6 gotas de Salsa Worcestershire<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de salsa de soja<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de wasabi<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de semillas de s\u00e9samo tostado<\/li>\n<li>1 lima (el zumo)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva de la m\u00e1xima calidad<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de sal en escamas<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharada de pimienta molida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion-text-6\"><ol>\n<li>Prepara el guacamole sacando la pulpa del aguacate y mezcl\u00e1ndola, en un bol; con el tomate de rama rallado y con una chalota rallada. Mezcla todo con un tenedor, sin hacer pur\u00e9; saz\u00f3nalo con sal, la mitad del zumo de lima y un chorro de aceite de oliva. Gu\u00e1rdalo en la nevera, tapado con un film transparente.<\/li>\n<li>Prepara el tartar, cortando el at\u00fan con un cuchillo muy afilado, en peque\u00f1os dados cuadrados de no mas de un cent\u00edmetro. Es conveniente utilizar un recipiente que se mantenga fr\u00edo mientras cortamos el at\u00fan. Para ello, usaremos dos recipientes: uno peque\u00f1o y otro m\u00e1s grande donde pondremos hielo picado para conservar el at\u00fan que vamos cortando y a\u00f1adiendo al bol peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez cortado el at\u00fan, a\u00f1ade la mostaza, la Salsa Worcestershire y la sal, pimienta, y la salsa de soja. Movedlo todo y a\u00f1adid el wasabi, la ra\u00edz de jengibre muy picada y la otra mitad del jugo de lima.<\/li>\n<li>Remueve todo con una cuchara de madera, con cuidado de no destrozar el at\u00fan y pru\u00e9balo para rectificar la cantidad de sal o de lima. \u00a1Siempre es conveniente que predomine el sabor del at\u00fan por encima de las especias!<\/li>\n<li>Coloca la mezcla en una fuente, con la ayuda de un aro met\u00e1lico, de manera que el guacamole quede debajo del todo, en una fina capa. Encima coloca una gruesa capa del at\u00fan y, una vez retirado el aro, rodea todo con el alga Wacame.<\/li>\n<li>Espolvorea todo unas las semillas de s\u00e9samo y, si quieres, a\u00f1ade unas tostadas de pan sin gluten para servir el tartar sobre las mismas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column_inner fusion-builder-nested-column-2
