Daher ist die F\u00e4higkeit, \u00fcber Ern\u00e4hrung zu beraten, Di\u00e4ten aufzustellen und die Probleme im Zusammenhang mit \u00dcbergewicht zu kennen, f\u00fcr Fitness-Spezialisten unerl\u00e4sslich geworden. Der IFBB-Basiskurs Ern\u00e4hrung ist ein erster Ansatz f\u00fcr Personen, die noch nicht in das Thema eingeweiht sind. Er dient als Grundlage f\u00fcr andere Kurse mit mehr Inhalt und vermittelt dem Teilnehmer die grundlegenden Regeln einer gesunden und effektiven Ern\u00e4hrung f\u00fcr sportliche Leistungen und zur Aufrechterhaltung eines stilvollen Fitnesslebens.<\/p>\n<p>Beobachtungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Fachleute des Sportunterrichts ist es notwendig, die Planung, Organisation, \u00dcberwachung und Begleitung der Sportunterrichtsprogramme zu \u00fcbernehmen. Und f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrungsexperten die Planung, Organisation, \u00dcberwachung und Begleitung von Lebensmitteln, Ern\u00e4hrung und Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln.<\/li>\n<li>Stundenbelastung: 20 Stunden<\/li>\n<li>Geeignetes Publikum: Offen f\u00fcr alle Interessenten, die \u00fcber 18 Jahre alt sind (oder die Erlaubnis der Eltern oder des Vormunds haben)<\/li>\n<li>Sprache: Spanisch, Englisch, Portugiesisch<\/li>\n<li>Zertifikat: <b><a href=\"https:\/\/ifbb.com\/national-federations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">International anerkannt<\/a><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Kursmaterial: Dateien im PDF-Format, die ausgedruckt oder am Bildschirm betrachtet werden k\u00f6nnen.
